"This hotel is NOT located where Expedia lists it on their map. It is NOT conveniently located. Shame on Expedia! For reputation of Expedia, this place should be dropped from their listing. Taxi could not find. Staff could not be found during morning checkout. Security is NOT 24 hours. No one at desk quite often--Never late at night, and the security door remains open 24/7. "Completely deserving of it's 4-star rating, it offers luxury and exceptional service. A blessed relief for the weary traveller looking to be spoiled. The wicker pods by the pool are a wonderful addition, which other hotels have sadly not copied. Shade but with gaps to let the breeze through. Love them!"

"I booked this hotel in the expectation that it would be cheap and cheerful. It was drab and the room was way dated. Also I booked this as the pool looked very inviting on the net, (temps here 28-30C) when I got there they told me the pool was out of service due to COVID. It was obviously being worked on. I only stayed one night (after paying only for two nights as the facilities advertised were not available. "
