"From the moment I stepped out of the Taxi and the Doorman took my suitcase and ushered me into the lobby to the time I checked out I was greeted with smiles and warmth and willingness to help if needed. Young man named Bird at the pool area was exceptional with friendly chat and service. Only issues I had and they were dealt with promptly were the shower head malfunctioned and the power to the room went off after couple of days ( no one told me I needed to put a key card in the slot). "

"My expectations were set in a certain way by this institution being called a 'boutique hotel'. In fact (as I got its manager to admit to me) it’s nothing more than a "guest house", or rather a hostel.
