"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

"Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place...

"As we arrived at the hotel there was 2 mattresses in the main hall of reception and people ready to sleep there, there was a lot of guys talking very loud and when we arrived everyone getting close to us like the next entertainment... Discousting energy really, feels dirty and bad vibes so we didn't stay at all, we ask for compensation "

"The hotel doesn’t have a lift which was problematic for those with mobility issues in our group. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help us with local phonecalls & taxis which was appreciated & accommodated us when extending our stay. A few minor enhancements would improve the room e.g. having hooks behind the door in bathroom or a rail to hang towels. Breakfast could have more continental options but was not bad for what we paid. There was building work going on immediately...
