"My room was clean and comfortable and at $82 a night it was a great value! The room had a fridge and microwave, the internet worked and the T.V. had lots of cable channels. There's also a really nice county park with lots of walking and biking trails that's easily accessible from the parking lot of the motel if you want to go get a nice hike or bike in!"

"From the outside, the Snelling makes the Bates Motel look like Disneyland. But actually I am completely satisfied with what I got for what I paid. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and adequately stocked and the shower worked. There was a fridge and some complimentary bottled water. The office staff is very friendly. "80 degrees & sunny during MEA weekend, and the property equaled the fantastic weather in every respect!  Loved the kayaks, the hot tub, multiple decks/patios, the swinging recliners, the six bedrooms/bathrooms, grand piano, fully equipped kitchen(s)... Our experience was the best of all the rentals since our group of college women began gathering for an annual "retreat" going back as far as 1987.
