"There are things that were done well and things that did not work out so well at the cozy conifer during our stay. I would say communication with Carsten was on the hole pretty good. He got back to me with The needs I brought forward to him. The conifer was a nice medium sized Space, good for a family. "Despite it being difficult to get into the building, it was very well maintained. Staff were responsive and quick to address an issue we had (which was due to our mistake). It was an overall positive and easy going experience. Other tenants were extremely friendly. We loved the amenities (kitchen and laundry in our room). Would definitely recommend! "
