Several broken pieces of furniture, appliances and baby safety gate. Trash all over property. Work vehicle parked in the garage with several containers of pool chemicals. "The Villa was clean, spacious, was in a gated community and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Our host Katie was exceptional and answered any questions and/or concerns promptly and was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 Clubhouses on this gated community, which was an added plus. Our family enjoyed all the amenities and especially the Lazy River. The location is perfect and very close to all the Florida attractions.
