"Nyon hostel is quite as described by other reviews. It is very clean except the rooms you sleep in because of the type of travellers who are inconsiderate about others. These selfish and ignorent travellers should be told to clean up after them but the hostel takes a dim view of its responsibility to ensure every traveller feels safe and is able to sleep peacefully. "Walkable from the bus stop, but take note there's a flight of stairs (I counted about 78 steps) via the shortest route. There's also a luggage friendly slope, but it's a bit of a detour. Nice clean facility. Lights in the toilet and showers work on a timer. (press and countdown type) The shower light went off in the middle of my shower and I was plunged into pitch black darkness because there are no windows in the shower room. Thankfully I remembered roughly where the switch was.. Good...

"The room was excellent. Very clean and well maintained, just what I needed and the staff were very helpful. Something to be aware of; on the Wednesday night the nightclub downstairs finishes at 3:00am and is quite loud in the room. Probably best to go down and join them!"

"The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area. "
