"Excellent place to stay in the best part of Geneva, but room was very small and you have to be okay with controlling the lights, et al on a digital device/app. I loved the cheerful public space downstairs, and overall vibe. Breakfast was excellent."

"I recently stayed at the Warwick Hotel in Geneva and found it to be very convenient and overall enjoyable. My room on the sixth floor was quiet at night, although there was a bit of noise in the mornings due to the nearby bus and tram stops. The location is excellent—right across from the main train station, which makes getting around the city and shopping extremely easy. "A stone's throw from the Geneva train station and if you walk 10 minutes all the way down the same road, you'll get the beautiful sights of Lake Geneva and the Jet d’Eau. Stayed 1 night as part of my final stop on my switzerland trip. Arriving by train at 10.30am, my plan was to drop off my bags as checkin was only from 3pm. "Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

Urban Hotel Aix-les-Bains, BW Signature Collection

A great stop off on the way to your destination.

"Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination. "
