"We loved our brief stay in Serrieres en Chautagne - 3 nights wasn't really enough to appreciate everything the area has to offer. The apartment offered everything we needed and we were well looked after from the moment we arrived. The swimming pool was an added bonus although we weren't there long enough to fully appreciate it. There was also a welcome pack awaiting us which was a nice touch. We would recommend this for anyone wishing to visit the area around Annecy/Aix les Bains."

"Très beau château, avec parc, piscine, table de ping-pong (apporter vos raquettes), draps fournis. Appartement ("Mercure") avec balcon en étage: agréable pour les repas et la vue. Pour amélioration: la 3ème (/4ème) personne devra dormir dans le canapé du salon. C'est sensé être un "canapé lit" mais le sommier et le matelas sont déformés, vieux (et sales). Après deux nuits sur le matelas au sol, un lit d'appoint a pu être proposer. Propreté très moyenne."

"This is a really beautiful place to stay. When we arrived it took a few minutes to find the concierge because there is no reception area. However, once we did find her, she was very helpful. Some little glitches which were quickly rectified - lamps needed replacing, AC unit in one bedroom didn’t work but was fixed, kettle was temperamental. Small things. Main issue was that the property was advertised as adults only which has an appeal to elderly travellers! There were children staying who were...

"Super leuke ervaring eens in een kasteel te verblijven. Het enige jammere is dat het niet heel schoon was. Overal lag stof, spinnenwebben. Er was lang niet goed gestofzuigd. Verder echt een top locatie, super mooie omgeving en het kasteel was erg indrukwekkend. Je moet niet bang zijn voor spinnen etc want die zaten er veel. Verder was het echt geweldig."
