This cute little mazot offers an attractive and independent one-bedroom unit with good kitchen facilities. Contained in the grounds of a historic chalet with a lovely little garden, it is ideal for a couple looking for a unique property in which to spend a holiday.
Conveniently located in the centre of Chamonix you have direct access to all the local amenities. Less than a minute stroll from bars and restaurants yet in a quiet location where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. It is also within short walking distance of Les Planards beginner ski slopes and from the Montenvers train station.
With an additional sofa bed in the lounge it is possible to sleep extended groups of up to 4 persons. For even larger groups it's possible to team it with the chalet next door called Villa Loppe which sleeps up to 10 people.
Please note this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
Please note, that due to its superb central location, this apartment may be subject to noise at night. However, as the property is enclosed in its own grounds, it is sheltered from most street noise.

This cabin was perfect for my partner and I. It’s super close to the centre of chamonix and close enough to the bus stops / planpraz ski lifts to walk in ski boots. The surrounding area was quite loud but this wasn’t a problem within the cabin. We preferred it over an apartment as we had space to sit outside and enjoy the sun (concerning in March though!). I thought I’d read that there was a washing machine so this was the only disappointment.
Small efficient apartment in the heart of chamaonix
This is a great location less then a block from the train station and one block from the bus stop. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants all for a great price. Perfect size for 1-3 people with a nice fully equipped kitchen. There is a grocery store right next door but it was worth walking the extra couple blocks to the bigger one around the corner with more selection and better prices. It was an easy self check in with great communication from snostation. I was able to message them thru WhatsApp while I didn’t have my us number turned on but had internet from an international SIM card. I was even able to leave my bags at there office an easy 1/2 mile walk away my last day while I skied before I left for the airport. The bus station was another easy 1/2 mile walk from the office. Great way to break up the 1 mile walk to bus station my last day. I would recommend this property and rental company to anyone coming to chamonix.

L’intérieur très coquet mais mal équipé en matériel de cuisine l’indispensable manque,
la belle TV ne capte que les chaînes anglophones
Dans la chambre le mur le plus éloigné du lit est à 60 cm les 2 autres murs sont à 5 et 20 cm bonne chance aux non acrobates
Dommage car la situation est très centrale et calme
