"I’ve stayed here in the past and the level of service and quality was higher in the past. There was more care and attention to detail. For example, in the past when I’d left my luggage in between stays, it was waiting for me in my room when I returned. This time, they didn’t give me any tags for the luggage, it sat in an unlocked room and when I checked in and asked for it the reception desk said ‘try that room there’ and made no effort to assist me. I had to dig my luggage out from the back...

"Excellent service!!! High standard! There was a coffee/ tea machine, a spring / sparkling water machine near the lobby. You can get hot or cold drink free any time. Buffet breakfast was included. Moreover, at 4pm delicious cakes and cookie were served free! You can borrow bicycles free as well. The lobby is bright and cosy and there were some games. The members of staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. Extraordinary good hotel!"

"Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home."
