"Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "The property is well located on the edge of the pedestrian zone, easy access to restaurants and mountains. The room arrangements are highly unusual with a wall with two doors separating the bed area from the sofa area. The sofa itself was extremely uncomfortable - it can be converted into a bed but the minute you sit on it, the seat cushion keeps sliding out over the front edge.
