"We stayed at villa with two bed rooms. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 11 years and 13 years). We really enjoyed private pool and also main pool. Hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices and food were very yummy. My husband and I had 60 mins traditional body massage at hotel spa. The therapists were amazing. "

"Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. "This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. "Beautiful quiet oasis that provided a great escape from the bustling city of Danang. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms are expansive and a wonderful environment. "

"Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing. "Beautiful resort in a quiet area with a lovely pool, spacious rooms and well kept gardens. The resort offers a regular shuttle bus into Hoi An for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. They assisted us with restaurant bookings and transport, and we were able to communicate quickly and easily with them through WhatsApp when we were out of the resort and our plans changed. We enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast and the quality of the evening meals. We had a very relaxing stay."
