Heads up if you have a large suitcase as there is no lift. Coffee and tea available in lobby, and a little sink in the room. All of about ten minutes from major train station, less for smaller one. Reception said we should have reported but didn’t really grasp that we came in from evening at theatre at 11.30 and went straight to bed. "First of all the building is beautiful. Very clean and appealing. We enjoy bourbon, so of course, we choose this hotel every time we are in London. It's a short walk from Hammersmith station, so convenient for everything on the Piccadilly line, including the airport. Bar staff super knowledgeable and friendly. I came home and tried to make the Queen Bee cocktail. It tasted nothing like they made it. Great experience and highly recommend. "

Having previously lived in London, I think this is a great place to base yourself for a visit. Easy close proximity to Kings Cross and Euston- meaning Northern and Victoria tube lines are easily accessible. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too. "
