"Everything about our stay was perfect, the cottage had everything you could ask for. The hosts were extremely nice and also helpful, though as the cottage was fabulously equipped we had no call to bother them after the meet and greet except to pass on the keys as we left. "Our stay was just perfect. The cottage is in a really small rural village. The cottage is beautiful with everything you need and the garden looks down to the lake. "The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."
