"A perfect little rustic hut, warm and cosy. With a separate, modern wash room/toilet. Great jacuzzi and lots of garden space! It was the perfect getaway for me, my partner and our 4 year old son. Away from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives, to somewhere peaceful and calm. The owners were very welcoming, certainly not overbearing and seemingly very happy to help if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone. P.S We hope Jasper the pony liked his carrots and apples we gave him. "

"The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful."

The property was spotlessly clean and in a superb location. Great sea views and we didn't need to use our car during our 4 night stay as all we needed was within walking distance or via the regular local bus service. Thoroughly recommended. Mike and Louise"

"A lovely little place to stay. Good points: well furnished; great outdoor space with sun for most of the day, including sunsets; good range of outdoor furniture; great bathroom and shower; comfy bed. Points to improve: a few cobwebs which we got rid of on arrival but would not have expected to have to do so; no microwave - one was listed on the vrbo listing; no separate sink in the food prep area - we had to use the bathroom sink - not ideal. The price we paid for this cabin was very reasonable....

"The most idyllic cosy weekend retreat. We absolutely loved our stay fully immersed in nature with just the sound of birds, rain and the crackling fire in our cosy shepherd’s hut for the weekend. Breakfast in bed was perfect thanks to the supplies Becca kindly left for us. Watching the sunset and moon rise against a sky full of stars each night was also very special. We will definitely be back! Thank you "

"The property was easily located and check in on arrival was easy too. The hut is beautifully presented and offered everything you need for a stay and more. Located on Romney Marsh, the area is stunning with views for miles. The sunset at this property is something to behold. The sheep and chickens are very friendly and added to the experience. "We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert. Having spent months planning it we didn’t know what to do instead. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Le Chateaux was available. Communication was great, checkin was easy as we were met and handed keys. The house was clean, tidy and welcoming with local wine left for us. We had the most relaxing stay and really enjoyed...
