"Amazing! Sharon and Daryl are the perfect hosts and me and my partner feel right at home. Parking is very easy, you can park up just outside the hotel. When you go in, you're greeted by the hosts who are so friendly. They give you a welcome booklet which gives you all the details you need about the hotel, places to eat, things to do etc. which is perfect if you've never visited the area before. "Amazing stay, regular visited to Woolacombe in the summers months at the caravan parks. Found this Gem and will be using them again! Perfect location. 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 10 from Woolacombe! The town it’s situated in is also great! The Room was stunning and the hosts were great too.. No iron in the room so I messaged the host and when I got back to my room from a trip into town, there was an iron and an ironing board their waiting for me! Thank you!"

"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away.
