If I stayed again I’d not mind if I stayed in the whole time! Never slept better either. Everything was so immaculate. I don’t think a ny detail was left out. Feel refreshed. An absolute joy. Never stayed in such a n amazing place. Couldn’t fault a thing. Really!"

"One of the nicest holiday accoms we've stayed in. Small, as you would expect for a two person property but cosy, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Terrace, view and orchard were the real highlight. Enjoyed alfresco breakfast, afternoon snoozies, drinkies and sunsets out there. Great location for accessing all that Ifracombe and north Devon have to offer. Really warm welcome from hosts. Our dog also welcomed and loved it. We had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday."

"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"So clean and fresh. Lovely backing out onto the fields. With the hedge cut there are some amazing views over the valley. We didiss tea towels and an oven tray. But overall it was very good. WiFi from May. And even though we couldn't use the pool because of Covid. Ilfracombe has Soooo much to offer. Fabulous Taka trail. Walk to Lee. The Beach Tunnels and beach is a great experience. Well worth the stay. Ah and Tesco's is just up the hill. 10 min walk."
