The room was on the small side and the bed isn’t the comfiest, but it’s fine for a short stay. Ideal 5 min walk from Kings X/St Pancras. 30 min walk to Oxford Circus. Luggage storage at £3 per guest. "5 minute walk from Euston, the building inside is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable (my only gripe was that the pillows were far too soft for me). A 5 minute walk took us to Russell Square tube station, 3 stops later we were at Leicester Sq right next to our theatre and plenty of places to eat. "

"The hotel is one in row of small hotels in a building that is about 150 years old. It is located very close to the Paddington Station, and there are many restaurants in the area and a hospital (St. Mary’s). There is no breakfast but there is a McDonald’s and a restaurant within a couple of blocks that serve breakfast. Paddington Station has direct access to connect Elizabeth Line to go to and from Heathrow Airport (less than a 7-minute walk). From this station you can catch most trains and metro to go anywhere in London, and buses pass within a block from the hotel. My room was small but very clean. To get to it I had to climb 3 sets of stairs (they have no lift), so make sure to ask for a room on lower levels if you have difficulty climbing stairs. The Reception Desk staff will help you carry the bags. Desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mehdi, Paul, Hakeem and Buddha. My deepest appreciation and thanks to them. "

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
