"This is not a traditional hotel; it's considered service studio "apartments." I would characterize the room as sort of like a Comfort Inn, but with kitchenette. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Bayswater underground station, and 15 minutes to Paddington station. "This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"The location of the room was very nice and the cleaning was also very nice but I think it is suitable for one person. The bed is really small for two people, we had difficulty sleeping. We stayed for eight days and not once did anyone come to clean, bring towels or ask if we needed anything. At least for longer stays, extra cleaning should have been done."

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

Take advantage of the concierge desk!

"The Filipino gentleman at the concierge desk turned us on to some 'hidden gem' restaurants merely blocks away! He, in particular, really helped make our stay outstanding. The hotel was great; sorta like a US style but smaller Marriot. The location was safe and clean. A Whole Foods down the block was convenient as well. If you get off the beaten path you'll find London food at its best. However, other than the park and Royal Albert hall, you'll have to travel a bit to get to the sites on the river. That said, the hop-on-hop-off buses stop right there."

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"

Great hotel and short walking distance to Waterloo

"A lovely hotel located a short walk from Waterloo station. The view from our hotel room was amazing both at night and the morning of what is now a stunning high rise skyline of Vauxhall with the train tracks in front of. With the windows closed you wouldn't know that there were trains that close (we were 10th floor). The staff were helpful, the room clean and modern and the reception area the same."
