"A great location. However, property and facilities tired and dated. Electricity, wifi and aircon patchy service and no communication from staff about what was happening. Service was poor and unfriendly - for example for the majority of our stay no one was available on the front desk, and when they were they seemed inconvenienced to have to call taxis/ make reservations etc. Check in was hours late with no apology - we were reluctantly offered a snack which on check out they tried to charge for."

"The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise.
