"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

"Nice comfy room with good shower room. Small things need looking at, like curtain hanging off the hooks, mirror light in shower room not working, paint needs touching up. Breakfast offering excellent "

"very comfortable stay in club double room which had a small fridge. the hotel is in the centre of stratford just over a bridge to the centre. it’s on the river side. dining is in bistro pierre which is in the hotel. great food and great service c"
