"Courteous staff "

"The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities "

"Very good B and B in a quiet neighbourhood of Bassano. We were very late checking in but the manager made arrangements with our host to enable us to get into the property very late. Thank you for accommodating us. The common sitting area was spacious and very nicely decorated. An activity room with a pool table was a good addition. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean, however, the bath tub does not have a curtain or a glass baffle, so having a shower was a bit messy. A folding baffle would be helpful in preventing the watery mess that we needed to clean up. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. The location was a bit far away from downtown Bassano, so one would need a car to get to the B & B and to go into town. A quiet place to relax. "
