"The idyllic views, tranquil location and convenient driving distance to many of the beautiful hill towns in Umbria made our stay in the house very enjoyable. The house managers, Giuseppe and his wife Mariella were very kind and helpful and when we asked Giuseppie to recommend a good local butcher and cheese shop he took us there himself. "We just came back after a trip to the center of Italy. We went on a family trip with four grown up kids (19 - 26), and stayed for a week in Casale Eredità. "This is a charming but very old home. It really is medieval with stone walls and floors. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Steps to and from the front door and steps throughout the home. The owner was great and communicated well. We loved Todi, great little town and central location for visiting the hill towns. Use Stefano for a rental car."
