We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. "Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."
