"Great new Hotel with amazing staff."

"The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay. "

"Great hotel, clean, helpful staff, amazing spa! Slightly out of town (up a steep hill), not a problem during the day time as there's a shuttle bus but if you like to go into the town centre on an evening - it's a trek back."

"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"Hotel Marmore Is incredible! whqt ever the max amount of stars double it. If you are from the US think JW marriott. The front desk was fantastic and helpful foor those of us that speak english only (sadly only one language) all the personell speak great english. The check in was simple. "Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing."
