There was a slight misunderstanding re: washing of clothing, but this was due to language barriers and nothing else. In fact, when we realized the issue, Sonia went out of her way to address our concerns. They were truly exceptional hosts!"

"Good location, clean, beautiful marble, recently renovated. However, please note that this is not a whole apartment. The listing still hasn't been corrected, you get a room or two depending on how many in your party, These 2 rooms share a door to the rest of the apartment and there is a toilet outside our room within our area with the 2 bedrooms. "予約を入れたのにオーナーからは予約が入ってないと言われ、Hotels.comから連絡を入れもらい、宿泊する事は出来ましたがクィーンベットのはずがシングルベットでしたし朝食ありプランですが隣のオーナー部屋でコーヒーのみでした。朝食の時間も8時と約束してましたが8時半過ぎまで待ちオーナーに連絡を入れると寝起きで隣の部屋に来いとのずさんな対応。このB&Bはオーナー在宅ではありませんので注意してください。"
