"This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. "The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves and adequate cold platter breakfast. The hotel has its own gated parking area but costs an additional €10 per night. The hotel is situated only a short walk from the town centre and from there you can walk everywhere with ease."

"Such a wonderful visit! The room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Our favorite part was the bikes. Easy ride to Grado and Aquileia and beyond. We were in the middle of a long multi country trip, and it was so nice to be able to park the rental car (for free!) and ride bikes everywhere."
