"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. "We liked the location. Apartment was perfect. Just as pictured. Although we were there during the shoulder season, we found the noise from the boardwalk area to be a problem at night. The night of the soccer game was very disruptive.in general we loved it. Be prepared for late nights though!"

"Our second stay in this property and, as before, we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and nicely furnished. The huge private roof terrace with spectacular views is wonderful. A car is required for trips to the coast or supermarket shopping but there are nice walks close by and a lovely local shop/cafe and we had some nice meals in the local restaurant. "

"This property is lovely and perfectly situated in the heart of the village. Whilst there are bars with live music very close by, it didn't keep us awake at night. The terrace area of the apartment is fantastic - it's really big with enough room for sunbeds. We stayed in September and the sun shone on the terrace all morning until around 12.30-1pm and then it was fully shaded. We loved sitting there and watching the world go by.
