"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. "When we arrived, the apartment was very warm inside. We attributed this to the heatwave that the Lake Como was experiencing and turned the air conditioner on. When the temperature remained around 35 celcius, I realized that someone had left the wall radiator heater on. I turned this off and the temperature still remained high.
