"Great quirky, modern property. A stones throw away from Milane Centrale station which was amazingly convenient - also right by tram and bus stops. Lovely little touches around the property like free arcade games and bits of art. Breakfast included a good selection - lots of sweet things like cake, especially! I would definitely recommend it. "

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately the host came out to take our luggage! Impressive! The reception staff was cheerful and accommodating. Every time we went by the reception on our way out or in they greeted us with joy and cheers! Our room was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. The location was great. Close to all the special highlights of the city and great restaurants and trattorias! We would definitely recommend staying at the Unique Hotel! "

"I was impressed with our room! It’s at least 18 foot ceiling if not higher reminiscent of castles hundreds of years ago! Of course it’s renovated with wood floors, white paint. The fixtures and very tall windows appear of the same era. Very pleasant. We had the room with a king size bed and a queen size bed on the mezzanine floor. There is a kitchenette. "It is about 2 miles from Duomo. Easy to get to by bus and metro. But the metro went on strike and we had to walk from the Duomo which was a little difficult. No fault of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was outside our room which was a little weird and uncomfortable but it was private. Staff was very friendly. "The hotel is gorgeous and the room was spacious. You can’t but the location. The only major drawback are the trolleys that run constantly. Our room was extremely noisy well into the night."

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it was a quite modern looking place in relatively good area just a couple minutes via local transport to city centre. "

"Around a lot of shopping and dining. The room was large and very clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t have AC during our stay as they limit the use of AC during this time of year in Milan. We were offered a fan as an alternative which was a plus."
