Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. "This is essentially an apartment that has been converted into 3 bedrooms with individual ensuites a shared kitchen area, very clean but very noisy, The heating wasn’t on, the water was turned off in the early hours so hand washing after ablutions wasn’t available. "This property was difficult to find, as it is tucked into the corner of a piazza. The inside architecture is interesting - do not choose the "In Aereo" room if you are taller than 5'4", as you risk hitting your head on steel support beams in the ceiling. Communication with the host was difficult as well - one of the streets we were supposed to take in order to access parking was closed, and he was not able to assist with finding an alternate route or directing us to other free parking. "This place is so beautiful and clean and peaceful. It is like a retreat. It is out of the city center near the zoo. It is sl clean and well maintained. The staff are so gracious kind and accommodating. They tolerated oir very poor Italian with grace and laughter. They couldn't do enough for us. I cannot say enough good things. The pool is beautiful.
