"The hotel is very clean and modern. Even though it’s walkable distance to most things, it’s on the edge of the city. I had no issues getting around as there are multiple trams stops out the front and the main train station is walking distance. "

"Check in was slightly problematical as the room was not ready for me when I arrived at 11.00 pm. However the sincere and genuine care of the check in staff, along with the complimentary breakfast made up for the delay. Problems occur, it is how they are dealt with that matters. The hotel is conveniently situated just 20 minutes via the railway line from Chopin Airport. "

"Do not book here!!!!! I made a reservation and paid for the booking, I got to the apartment building and the staff inside doesn't speak english nor did he let me into the room or anything, he basically kicked me out of the building and told me to go to another hotel. The staff doesn't even work for the host! I messaged and called the host and he didn't respond, he basically stole my money and Expedia couldn't do anything about it. Expedia did a horrible job as well. "
