"Неплохая гостиница,но есть минусы В комнате нет ни чайника ни холодильника а кулер с водой не работал. В комнате нет сейфа,но в общем неплохо хорошая комната и ванная комната но дают только большое полотенце "

"Check in was slightly problematical as the room was not ready for me when I arrived at 11.00 pm. However the sincere and genuine care of the check in staff, along with the complimentary breakfast made up for the delay. Problems occur, it is how they are dealt with that matters. The hotel is conveniently situated just 20 minutes via the railway line from Chopin Airport. "

"This property has a nice view and is very centric. Advertised parking in the street was impossible, do not count on it. The house condition was poor: horrible pillows, bad maintained shower a dirty and rusty. Pans and knifes deteriorated , I could not cut a piece of bread with it. Also to open the apartment was a hassle: 3 keys. It took me about 10 minutes to do so. Maybe better instructions are needed. I would not stay here again."
