"Very nice property with beautiful view of Lake Lugano. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile when a request was made and were proactive in other ways. They left me a bottle of wine cuz they knew it was my birthday weekend. A bit further from the town (10-15 min walk) than I personally would have liked but because we were higher up we had an amazing view. "

"Nicely maintained older hotel in the middle of everything Como. It is a bit noisy on the weekends as the hotel is right off a busy square with music and vendors that are open late. Parking for 25E daily available but otherwise a bit tricky."

"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."

"Staff were very helpful and the location could not have been better! We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast with options for everyone. We had some issues with the water pressure, but we figured out how to work around it. Overall a recommend if you are visiting Lake Como."
