"The hotel wasn't as nice as I expected. The mattress was uncomfortable, and there should be an extra blanket this time of year. The ramp up to the ground floor apartment is steep and slippery. They have sime traction strips but many need to be replaced. It's a wonderful location, near Plaza de Armas.the entire centro histórico is walkable. They were kind to give me an early check-in. I arrived on a long redeye flight. I wouldn't stay again. But it was a good value for the money. "
