"All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!"

"Was not greeted nicely upon check-in and check-outs ; when i ask the service manager for shopping guides & things to do nearby, he replied with "I don't know". Even after i suggested him to BAIDU (google) about such, he remained nonchalent"

"Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments"

"The Hotel is a great choice for staying in Pingyao, although not too close to the Old City, it has top services and an excellent restaurant. Staff are friendly and service oriented. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The Hotel is very well kept and spacious. We would stay here again, no doubt. The over-all quality of the Hotel makes it the best choice in Pingyao."

Good Deal and Good Service

"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."
