"The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. "I initially booked a two-night stay at The Westin Xian but ended up leaving early and I’m glad I did. While the hotel has potential, it feels dated and poorly maintained. We reserved a large one-bedroom suite but were given a lower-floor room that required a long walk to reach. Since we were traveling with my elderly father-in-law, we requested a wheelchair, expecting a hotel of this caliber to have a good one. Unfortunately, the wheelchair was broken.
