"I’ve been staying here for about six years and although I actually liked it better when it was 21C I still find it a great hotel. I love the fact that I can leave my shampoo and conditioner, etc. at home because what the hotel provides is high end and very nice. My only complaint is it could be hard to get the temperature right in the room. "
