"Pleasant and always our go to hotel. Casino attached indoor corridor makes it nice to stretch our legs and walk, 24 hours safely. Breakfast was typical, eggs, meat'ish, waffles n cereal. Be wary of events happening, this place an be overrun with softball players (kids, parents are really loud) Staff always makes eye contact and overall pleasant. Room (King studio) was perfect, hideaway bed was very comfortable too. Smokers at the front door are a bit much, so have your neck scarf...

"overall cleanliness good. front desk very helpful. The only negative is that the noise from neighboring room was easily heard through wall. Could hear TV, and person next door clearly which I normally do not hear when staying at other hotels. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check-in service was fast and friendly, and thebprice was one of the better rates in the area. Only issue was the water in bathroom, warm/hot water at the sink only worked when the shower ran. Not a huge problem, but could be an inconvenient issue for some. Good location in Columbus, easy in and out!"
