"Perfect stay. Friendly and I must say a very patient front desk staff member. Natalie was working with a guest whereas English was not their primary language ... she keeps trying to help the guest while being very polite about the guest being behind and in Natalie's work area. Took the time to "get it right" and did it with a smile. Addressed my check-in as if nothing ever happened and I was her first guest of the day. A+ on Natalie's performance!
