"Had an excellent week at the resort. If you need a quiet, relaxing break this is the place to go. There are several kilometers of hiking trails. You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views. The staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Especially Stanley, who is a master at the hospitality profession."

"You can fly directly to San Juan del Norte (Greytown), take a five minute boat ride to the lodge, and stay right in the middle of a 4,500 sq km bioreserve. "The problem is that first tow nights I stood in a room w/o AC. I asked for one and I was told there was none available. The third night I was moved to one with AC but I was charged $20 extra for it, I was under the impression that I was going to a room with AC as I requested it before getting there. "Amazing property and location, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing to stress about. Downstairs showerhead needs to be replaced and I had issues turning off the living room lights. It's a dimmer switch and sometimes it would not go to the off position. Again, nothing to stress about but worth mentioning. I wish I had tools to tidy up some stuff 😅 TP holder on upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened as well as toilet seat."

"The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day.
