"Knowing how old the space is, and the life it's had - it's an excellent place to stay when you're in the Liberty area. The cost was reasonable. It had more amenities than I took advantage of. My review is more of a reminder about your location - you're in a smaller town that isn't always hosting tourists. There isn't a pantry/market - there's a vending machine for drinks. There aren't name brand amenities, so bring your liquids! But there is a McDs and BK in front of and next to... a gas station...

"It was a perfect no frills stop on our way to Maine from Chicago. Ashly (sp?) at check in was delightful. We didn’t expect to experience the compare with London’s Dorchester but for about $700 bucks a night cheaper we were happy."

"Soooo the motel is in the middle of reconstruction. The rooms are great, modern, big, comfortable beds, lovely floors in bathroom, good amenities. Microwave, fridge coffeemaker, big tv. The other parts of motel are being remodeled. I did not like being asked how long i was going to wait for my brother in the lounge because “ it wasn’t for sitting around) or something to the effect, when i had been there 35 minutes. Extremely rude and very inhospitable "

"We were happy with our accommodation over a few nights in Cortland on our way back from Canada. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were conveniently located near the town centre. The free carparking outside was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful particularly as we were from overseas and not very familiar with the local “customs” and area. We had a good time there and would recommend Motel 6."

"I had a good stay, there was an issue with the roof leaking in a heavy rain storm but was dealt with promptly. I was given another room and it in no way affected the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and adding an additional day to my stay was not a problem."
