"This is a no-frills inn on the edge of New London with very reasonable prices. The place is very well run, super clean, friendly, in a quiet location, with an excellent breakfast. Quality furniture and tasteful decorations. Paul and Yvonne are delightful people. Paul is a superb cook with deep experience running several high-end restaurants in Boston. He came to NH to pursue his passion for fly fishing. We only saw a couple rooms (you should choose the garden view if possible) but they have...

"The Tavern was unavailable due to refurbishing; hopefully the rooms are next. Our room was spacious, but clearly a bit worn and in need of a facelift. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and overall our stay was very pleasant. Front desk staff was gracious and friendly, as was our breakfast host."
