"Great spot! Kitchen and “kids” bedroom much smaller than house listing shows! No big though!"

"3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!"

"We stayed two nights for a wedding in the area and this was a great stay. The house was clean, recent updates all around, comfortable, fully functional with cute kitchen, laundry and a mud room that could be a great asset in the winter. Everyone enjoyed the bonus outdoor shower! Also our dog was welcome! "

"We had a quick overnight stay at this new and very pretty suite. Everything was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!"

"A perfect location for us for a long summer weekend. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Listing description very accurate, entry/departure instructions concise and easy. Would definitely stay again! "

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. "

"This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze."

"The location is exceptional. The pool area, steam room, sauna, and total recreation area were amazing. The pool temperature (air and water) was good for this time of year. "This house was such a find. It sleeps so many adults comfortably. There is so much space and comfortable couches. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and platters, etc. Check in and check out were really easy. It was the best house we could have asked for."
