"This property is nice, and very convenient to what we wanted to get to in the area. Cute, and nice that there was a kitchenette, if we wanted to make anything in the room. The bed was quite comfy, which can sometimes be a challenge when traveling. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, was the initial check in was difficult because I didn’t get the proper email with the check in info. "Stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was fantastic! This is a duplex home with three beds plus pull-out couch, comfortably sleeps 8. Very clean, big kitchen with a set of 8 of all the basics. Right on the water with a private beach and dock (well, shared with the other 1/2 of the duplex). Towards the end of the peninsula so quite private, but very close to the Breezy resort activities (marina, golf, etc). Room service daily, very pleasant people.
