"I made a mistake on date of check-in. Luckily, no other guests had scheduled the day we arrived. Lilac hastened to "ready" the rooms and allowed us to stay a day earlier than scheduled. The home was clean. Lilac was very friendly and made sure that we felt right at home. We felt badly about our mistake, but she assured us that everything was fine. Breakfast was great the next morning."

We were last minute online bookers, so kinda popped in unexpectedly, but they welcomed us and quickly got our room ready for us.
