I had reserved my room online and it didn't state anything about a deposit and also how they didn't take cash money so I had to go load my card with the money to pay for the room once I loaded my card and went to pay for the room they added a hundred dollars they said for a deposit!! Ive never paid a deposit before up there I believe that the dude was just trying to be a rude mean a-hole to me and didn't want to rent me a room.

I was charged a $100 for 2 pets for 2 nights when the policy that is taped to the check in desk states $25 a night for up to 2 pets with a $75 max for the total stay. It does not state per pet. The room was dingy and the hot water was not hot. I would not stay there again

The property was beautiful on the outside. The rooms were in poor shape. Paint on the floor in the bathroom, toilet seat slips to the side, hated the pillows. There also was a strange clicking noise we kept hearing. I was not told that a $100 charge for incidentals would be charged on my debit card! I have never had that happen. I will not go to a La Quinta again!!!
