"The place was nice for our time with family for a holiday celebration. Our favorite space was the kitchen dining area which was large and well equipped. There was an issue with the heat upstairs; the hosts endeavored to respond to the problem in a timely manner. (Owners were on site for some of our stay, but it did not affect our activities.) Furniture comfortable....most rooms very lightly furnished. I would recommend bringing extra bedding as most beds only had a light quilt without sheets or...

"Got dropped off at the H-Mart from the airport and did my shopping and then walked over, as the host mentioned it was within walking distance and they were right! Super convenient. Well laid out, thoughtful instructions, everything was super easy. Ideal location for a couple of adults to stay to attend a convention. Also, there are workspaces in both of the bedrooms, which was a nice touch. "

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

"The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) "3 of us shared this 2 bedroom basement apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were nice touches of providing some coffee, cereal, snacks and even a half gallon of milk. There was plenty of street parking and the location was very convenient for our needs. I would stay there again. "

"Excellent location for walking to Sound side of Long Island. We had an excellent shelling experience- so many sea shells!! Close to some good hiking trails and easy to get on the freeway to go Montauk or Greensport. We were not able to get good cell service at the property though. Made communication a challenge, we had Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile and all 3 had weak service, so be prepared to use wi-if calling!! Overall, nice place and would stay there again."
