"We found the staff to be more than available to our needs. My wife asked for a hair dryer, iron and hangers for the closet and she was quickly answered with a smile and all were delivered in short order. The lady at the reception desk answered all of our inquiries with needed directness and honesty."

"Our stay was spoiled by an overnight front desk guy who was plain nasty. My travel partner does not speak any Spanish and asked a question of him while I was within hearing distance of them and he insulted her in Spanish and then laughed at her, not knowing I was listening. When I later asked about the lack of wifi in the room he was nasty to me also. DON'T USE this place since there are so many better places in more convenient locations. "Remember that this is a inner-city location and activity on the streets will be noisy until early mornings. Roof might be a fun place to sleep if you're not scared of bugs, etc. Sanborn's restaurant is 1 block down from the side of the block and is great. Eat there, don't shop. Close to everything. We stayed during Day of the Dead. Attentive & polite owners."

"This property and the employees were great, very clean, beautiful and friendly place. Great for young families and couples. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, however it looked like they had a nice variety of food for breakfast. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very low. If the hotel could have a detachable shower head it would be more helpful. Thank you Casa Francisco!"
